Michael R. Niclosi, Chairman & C.E.O.

Michael has more than 13 years experience in the logistics industry.  Prior to entering the logistics field, Michael spent five years with National Bank of Commerce in New Orleans in the Investment Division.  In October 1990 he moved to Memphis and started working for Financial Services Affiliates, a start-up company that provided investment services to community banks’ customers.  In June 1992 entered the public accounting field for BDO Seidman where he managed audits for local privately held businesses.    In January 1995 he joined Frank W. Hake Associates as the controller.  He built the position from the ground up and assisted in preparing the company to be sold.  It was at this time that he obtained his CPA certification.  Michael became the Chief Financial Officer of Alexander International,LLC , a freight forwarder, Customs broker and warehousing company with office in nine states.  In 2001 he was elevated to Secretary/Treasurer and CFO for The Mallory Group, Inc. which owns Alexander International and Mallory Distribution Centers.  While in this position he managed all financing and accounting aspects for the companies, was a trustee for the retirement plan, managed the family office and was Secretary/Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Mallory Group.  In 2005 he moved to Centrepot International Logistics, Inc., a  Third Party Warehouse company active in forward and reverse logistics and operated U.S. Foreign Trade Zone No. 77 Site 2.  He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana State University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of New Orleans.  He obtained his Certified Public Accountant license in 1996.


Wayne Coleman, President & C.O.O.

Prior to entering the logistics field with FTZ Networks, Wayne spent three years with Norrell Services in Atlanta, Georgia beginning in 1988, first in the Human Resources department, then in the Financial Management/Marketing division.  In June 1991 he moved to Memphis, TN to launch a new territory for Pittard Machinery, where he was responsible for developing the machinery market for imported Japanese and German manufacturing equipment in Tennessee and Mississippi.  While with Pittard Machinery, Wayne studied Kaizen production improvement in Japan under Masaaki Imai at the Toyota Production Center in Japan. In January 1996 he formed C&S Machine Tool Systems along with two other partners.  He was instrumental in developing C&S into a regional supplier of international machinery and robotic systems from international suppliers based in Germany and Switzerland, as well as Japan, Korea and Taiwan.  The company grew over 15 years to cover 11 states in the southeastern United States.  His main focus was coordination of engineering and support services for customers, as well as liaison between C&S’s international suppliers and customers.  Wayne sold his interest in C&S in 2010, and moved into the medical device distribution space with the launch of CertusMedical LLC, providing surgical solutions to orthopedic surgeons.  Born and raised in New Orleans, La., he holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance from Louisiana State University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
